Privacy notice | BluePoint

Who is responsible

The controller of your personal data is BluePoint Patryk Rosłonek, NIP 532-200-83-69, REGON 384808374, Poland. For anything about your data, write to office@bluepoint.management.

What we collect and why

Contact form: your name, e-mail address, optionally your company, the area and content of your enquiry. We use them solely to respond and, at your request, to prepare and deliver an engagement. Legal basis: steps taken at your request before a contract (Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR) and our legitimate interest in answering enquiries (Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR).
E-mail: the same applies when you write to us directly.
Booking a call: the booking page is run by Google Calendar. If you use it, Google processes the data you enter under its own privacy policy.
Document downloads: downloading a document from a profile page sends us no data about you.

Who else sees it

The site and the form submissions are hosted by Netlify, Inc., which processes them on our behalf. Netlify is based in the United States; transfers rely on the safeguards the GDPR requires (the EU-US Data Privacy Framework or Standard Contractual Clauses). Fonts are served from this site, not from a third party. We do not sell or share your data with anyone else.

How long we keep it

As long as needed to handle your enquiry, and no longer than 12 months after our last exchange, unless it turns into a contract, in which case we keep what the law requires for that contract.

Your rights

You can ask for access to your data, its correction, deletion, restriction of processing or a copy in a portable format, and you can object to processing based on legitimate interest. Write to office@bluepoint.management. You also have the right to lodge a complaint with the Polish supervisory authority, the President of the Personal Data Protection Office (PUODO), ul. Stawki 2, 00-193 Warszawa.
